In this section of FiestaYatra (hereinafter, the Platform), you will find the conditions that you must accept if you want to purchase products or services offered on the Platform. Through the Platform, you can purchase tickets for events organized by different organizers as well as products associated with events or artists (for example, merchandising, books, etc.). Unless specifically stated otherwise, we will refer to everything as "Tickets" or "Products".

For general information, please also consult the Legal Notice and Cookie and Privacy Policy at the end of the document.

1. Basic Aspects of the Platform

Before purchasing, read these Purchase Conditions. They must be explicitly accepted to complete the purchase by checking "I have read and accept the Legal Conditions".

These Conditions govern the relationship between the buyer (the "Buyer") and the Event organizer (the "Organizer") and with FiestaYatra in its capacity as a technological intermediary. FiestaYatra does not organize events unless explicitly stated.

As a Buyer, you declare that you have the capacity to contract, have read and understood these Conditions, and accept them.

2. What options does the Platform allow?

The Platform allows you to purchase Tickets and Products offered by registered Organizers. FiestaYatra provides you with a unified system to discover Events and purchase Tickets. If you have questions about the purchase process, contact us at untitledev.np@gmail.com

We do not set prices or access conditions for Events. For questions about a specific Event, contact its Organizer. We can act as an intermediary when necessary.

3. How to buy Tickets or Products?

  • Select type and number of Tickets/Products and click Buy.
  • Enter the personal data requested by the Organizer.
  • Accept the purchase conditions and click Complete purchase. The payment gateway will open.
  • Complete the payment details.
  • Keep your Tickets through the provided email. After payment, you will receive an email with the QR code. Download and save it until the day of the event.

The purchase receipt will include Organizer data and a link to these conditions.

For issues during purchase: untitledev.np@gmail.com. Our team will respond promptly and mediate with the Organizer when appropriate.

You guarantee that the provided data is truthful and commit to keeping it updated. You are responsible to us, other users, and particularly the Organizers for false or inaccurate information.

4. Suspension, substantial modification or cancellation of an Event

An Event will be considered suspended, substantially modified, or cancelled when communicated by the Organizer or when demonstrably proven. In such case, if the payment was made through FiestaYatra's gateway, 100% of the ticket price will be refunded excluding management fees within 10 days of notification.

The refund will be made to the original payment method without requiring a request from the customer. If the purchase was processed through the Organizer's gateway, they will handle the refund. We will inform about this before payment when applicable.

The Event details and ticket conditions show who the Organizer is.

5. Refund Policy

According to Spanish regulations, attendees have the right to have the event carried out in its entirety as announced. A total or partial refund applies if the event is suspended or substantially modified, except if it has already started and force majeure applies.

Right of withdrawal: according to art. 103.l) of TRLGDCU (RDL 1/2007), it does not apply to services related to leisure activities with specific execution date or period.

6. Platform Withdrawal

You can request withdrawal by sending an email to untitledev.np@gmail.com. Requirements: no open purchase processes. We will delete the data associated with your account except for legal retention obligations. If you return later, your profile will be new.

7. Customer Service

Access Help in the footer or write to untitledev.np@gmail.com. The service covers Tickets/Products sales and the Platform. For questions about admission policy, press, schedules, or other event matters, contact the Organizer.

Service Hours (Peninsular Spain):

  • Mon-Thu working days: 10:00-18:00
  • Fri working days: 10:00-23:00
  • Saturdays: 17:00-23:00
  • Sundays: 12:00-14:00

8. FiestaYatra Satisfaction Guarantee

The sale may include FiestaYatra Satisfaction Guarantee to improve the experience and cover unforeseen events.

Cost: Variable price with certain percentage based on the ticket to be decided with the organizer. Minimum amount: €0.01 when ticket amount is > €0.

May not apply to certain events according to Organizer policies. We will indicate this in the purchase summary and in your ticket email.

Covered Services (summary):
I. Email support Mon-Sun.
II. Event reminder with ticket access.
III. Ticket recovery.
IV. Name change (may have cost).
V. Ticket change (subject to availability).
VI. Ticket upgrade (subject to availability).
VII. Refund for justified unforeseen events (see causes).
VIII. Immediate event status update.
IX. Event completion verification.

Terms and limits:
Start: at purchase. End: event day.
Request: from knowledge of the fact until 48h after the event.
Guarantee refunds: max. 3 requests/year/person.
FiestaYatra may verify non-use of tickets.

Name change: notify FiestaYatra through untitledev.np@gmail.com

Ticket change: write from purchase email to untitledev.np@gmail.com. Proceeds directly if: sales open, requested type available, change between types/sessions of same event, and >48h before event. For changes between different events, FiestaYatra will mediate with Organizer without success guarantee.

Upgrade: request to untitledev.np@gmail.com from purchase email, attach ticket PDFs and specify upgrade. We will contact Organizer and inform you.

Guarantee refund (eligible causes, summary):
- Court summons as witness or jury.
- Dismissal.
- Pregnancy complications requiring rest.
- Adoption.
- Serious illness or accident of buyer.
- Death of buyer, family members or pets.
- Preventive surgery of buyer or 1st/2nd degree relative.
- Serious damage to primary/secondary residence/business.
- Official organization summons.
- Electoral table duty.
- Official grant award preventing attendance.
- Official exam scheduled after subscription.
- Public transport delay.
- Buyer's vehicle breakdown/accident.
- Luggage or documentation theft prior to travel.
- Non-attendance of companion due to eligible cause.

Main exclusions:
- Events prior to subscription.
- Ticket theft/loss.
- Bad faith or gross negligence.
- Voluntary withdrawal.
- Event cancellation/suspension by Organizer.
- Terrorism, war, pandemic, radiological/biological catastrophe, duel or fight.
- Mental illness without hospitalization.
- Non-pathological interventions, cosmetic treatments, check-ups, planned vaccinations, voluntary pregnancy termination.
- Epidemics.

How to request guarantee refund:
Use the form link included in your ticket email. Access through that link so we can identify the purchase. Provide supporting documentation (in Spanish or with sworn translation). After review, we will communicate acceptance or rejection. If approved, purchase amount will be refunded minus: guarantee cost, management fees and donation (if any).
Note: Only documentation sent through the form will be accepted.
